Yeh pet ki samasya Agni (digestive fire) ke kamzor hone aur Vata-Pitta ke asantulan ki wajah se ho rahi hai. Isse pachan theek se nahi ho raha, jiski wajah se sujan, patli mal, kamjori aur wajan kam ho raha hai. Iska ilaj Agni ko majboot karna, aur Vata-Pitta ko santulit karna hai—diet aur aushadhi ke through. –Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Agnimandya + Grahani (Vata-Pitta dushti) – Medicines 1) Neeri Tablet 1 tab BD (subah-shaam) after food 2) Amyron Syrup 2 tsp BD after food 3) Lukol Syrup 2 tsp bd 4) Amlycure ds Syrup 2 tsp BD before food 5) immunogest 1 tab once a day empty stomach ----- Diet Advice Light diet: khichdi, dahi, moong dal Avoid: fried, spicy, junk food Garam paani piyen ---- Advice Safai ka dhyan rakhein 10 din baad follow-up
