Try warm oil massage (Abhyanga), warm water before bed, and a light, easily digestible dinner. Keep a regular sleep routine and avoid cold, dry foods at night. Hello, This suggest a long standing vata-predominant chronic pain disorder, likely with vata aggravation lodged in deeper tiissues (asthi/majja involvement) with secondary sleep disturbance .
