take triphala churna 5 gm 2 times day
take haridrakhand 5 gm 2 times day

take cow ghhee 5 ml at empty stomch at morning
do brife waking before foods

Sir alovera redness toh shayad de raha pr thandak mujhe only usi se milti paani bhi taste nahi aata and triphala pet me constipation kr deta ya had se jayada losse stool shatavri leta tha pr no result
