Warm it indirectly until it becomes lukewarm.Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and gently massage your soles, ankles, and between your toes in circular motions. Pinch and press each toe gently, stroke the length of your foot, and interlace your fingers between the toes for at least 5-10 minutes. Let your skin absorb the oil.
