जन्म से अब तक पसीना न आना (Anhidrosis) गंभीर कारणों से हो सकता है—यह नसों, त्वचा या जन्मजात समस्या हो सकती है। पहले Dermatology / Neurology doctor से जांच कराएँ। Take Ashwagandha Churna – 1 चम्मच दूध के साथ रात को। Saraswatarishta – 10 ml + equal water, दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद। Chyawanprash – 1 चम्मच सुबह। गुनगुने तेल से मालिश करें और बहुत गर्मी/धूप से बचाएँ क्योंकि पसीना न आने से body heat बढ़ सकती है। अगर चक्कर, बुखार, या शरीर बहुत गर्म हो जाए तो तुरंत अस्पताल जाएँ।
