“Ice” usually means Methamphetamine. Quitting for 2 weeks is a strong step. Ayurvedic support for recovery (energy, sleep, anxiety, cravings): Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at night. Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food. Shankhpushpi Syrup – 10 ml twice daily. Chyawanprash – 1 tsp in morning. Also Drink plenty of water. High-protein diet, fruits. Daily exercise/walking. Avoid friends/places linked to drug use.
