Aapko BP + diabetes + kidney effect ke saath gout/uric acid hai, isliye strong medicines bina doctor ke na lein. Cretenin (agar ye Cretin/painkiller type hai) kidney ko aur affect kar sakta hai, regular use avoid karein. Uric acid control ke liye simple Ayurvedic treatment: Guduchi Ghana Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food. Punarnava Mandur 1 tablet twice daily after food (swelling/kidney support). Kaishore Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food (kidney issue ho to low dose). Gokshuradi Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food. Diet Imli, tomato, curd, rajma, chana, red meat, alcohol avoid. Sugar control rakhein. 2–3 litre pani/day if doctor ne fluid restrict nahi kiya.
