Condition manageable hai, par sirf medicines nahi, diet + weight control + exercise bhi zaroori hai. Morning: Giloy Ghan Vati – 2 tab after breakfast Lipidom Advance – 1 tab Evening: Chandraprabha Vati – 1–2 tab after dinner Lipidom Advance – 1 tab Hridayamrit: 1 tab once/twice daily if BP/palpitation tendency ho Strictly Reduce: Sugar, sweets Bakery White rice excess Alcohol Red meat / organ meat Fried food Increase: 3 litre water Daily 40 min walk Weight loss Salad, oats, dal, vegetables.
