Hyy sar night cream use kar raha tha mene 3 month night cream use kii thi bad me mene lagana sod diya kyo ki face pe sote sote dane ho gaye the or lagane ke 10 din bad face pe bahut hi kalapan aa gaya kya ae thik ho payega 1 month ho gaya tub bhi kalapan jane ka nam nai le raha hai kyo huva sar aesa?

Night cream se kuch logon mein allergic reaction, irritation ya post-inflammatory pigmentation ke karan kalapan aur dane ho sakte hain. Aksar yeh dheere-dheere theek ho jata hai, lekin pigmentation ko kam hone mein kai hafton se kuch mahine lag sakte hain. Take Mahamanjisthadi Kwath 15 ml + 15 ml pani, din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Gandhak Rasayan 2 tablets, din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. Kumkumadi Tailam 3–4 boond raat ko halka lagayen (agar jalan ya dane na badhen). Saath mein: Dhoop mein sunscreen ka upyog karein. Filhal koi bhi fairness ya night cream na lagayen. Teekha, tala hua aur junk food kam karein.

आपके बताए अनुसार 3 महीने नाइट क्रीम लगाने के बाद दाने, खुजली/इरिटेशन और फिर चेहरे पर कालापन आना पोस्ट-इन्फ्लेमेटरी हाइपरपिग्मेंटेशन (PIH) या क्रीम से हुई एलर्जिक/इरिटेंट रिएक्शन के कारण हो सकता है। कुछ नाइट क्रीमों में स्टेरॉयड, हाइड्रोक्विनोन या अन्य तेज़ केमिकल होते हैं, जिनसे त्वचा को नुकसान होकर कालापन बढ़ सकता है। ----अच्छी बात यह है कि अधिकांश मामलों में यह धीरे-धीरे ठीक हो सकता है, लेकिन 1 महीने में पूरी तरह ठीक होना जरूरी नहीं है। कई बार 2–6 महीने या उससे अधिक समय लग सकता है। ----औषधि 1) महामंजिष्ठादि क्वाथ 15 ml + 15 ml गुनगुना पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। 2) खदिरारिष्ट 15 ml + समान मात्रा पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार। 3) अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण 3 ग्राम रात को गुनगुने पानी से। बाह्य प्रयोग 4) शुद्ध एलोवेरा जेल दिन में 2 बार लगाएं। 5) चंदन और गुलाब जल का हल्का लेप सप्ताह में 2–3 बार लगा सकते हैं। ----चेहरे पर नींबू, बेकिंग सोडा या अन्य तेज़ घरेलू उपाय न लगाएं, इससे कालापन और बढ़ सकता है। ----क्या करें जिस नाइट क्रीम से समस्या हुई उसे दोबारा बिल्कुल न लगाएं। हल्का फेसवॉश और नॉन-कॉमेडोजेनिक मॉइस्चराइज़र उपयोग करें। SPF 30–50 सनस्क्रीन नियमित लगाते रहें।

••चूँकि आपकी त्वचा अभी बहुत संवेदनशील है, इसलिए इस पर कोई भी नया केमिकल या हार्ड फेस वॉश बिल्कुल न लगाएं। हमें त्वचा को शांत (Soothe) और डिटॉक्स (Detoxify) करना होगा। 1. चेहरे को धोने के लिए (Natural Cleanser) केमिकल वाले साबुन या फेस वॉश बंद कर दें। इसकी जगह: कच्चा दूध (Raw Milk): ठंडे कच्चे दूध में रुई (cotton) डुबोकर चेहरे को साफ करें। यह त्वचा को बिना नुकसान पहुँचाए साफ करता है और कालेपन को कम करता है। चंदन और गुलाब जल: शुद्ध लाल या सफेद चंदन पाउडर में गुलाब जल मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाएं और सूखने पर सादे पानी से धो लें। यह पित्त को शांत करेगा और दानों की जलन कम करेगा। 2. कालेपन और दाग-धब्बों के लिए लेप (Ayurvedic Lepa) एलोवेरा और हल्दी: ताज़ा एलोवेरा जेल में एक चुटकी अंबा हल्दी (Kasturi Turmeric) मिलाएं। इसे रोज़ रात को सोने से पहले चेहरे पर लगाएं और 20 मिनट बाद धो लें। एलोवेरा त्वचा को हील करेगा और हल्दी नेचुरल एंटी-सेप्टिक है जो रंग साफ करेगी। मसूर दाल और दूध का लेप: मसूर की दाल के पाउडर को दूध में मिलाकर हल्का सा पेस्ट बना लें। इसे हफ्ते में 2-3 बार चेहरे पर लगाएं। यह आयुर्वेद में ‘वर्ण्य’ (रंग निखारने वाला) माना गया है। 3. आयुर्वेदिक तेल (रात के लिए) अगर दाने पूरी तरह सूख गए हैं और सिर्फ कालापन बचा है, तो रात को सोते समय कुंकुमादि तैलम (Kumkumadi Tailam) की 2-3 बूंदें लेकर चेहरे पर हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें। यह हाइपरपिग्मेंटेशन के लिए सबसे बेहतरीन आयुर्वेदिक औषधि है। (नोट: अगर अभी भी चेहरे पर पस वाले या एक्टिव दाने हैं, तो तेल न लगाएं)। कुछ जरूरी सावधानियां (Do’s and Don’ts) धूप से बचें: घर से बाहर निकलते समय चेहरे को सूती कपड़े से ढकें। इस समय आपकी त्वचा को धूप से बचाना सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है, नहीं तो कालापन और बढ़ सकता है। चेहरे को रगड़ें नहीं: स्क्रब का इस्तेमाल बिल्कुल न करें। पानी खूब पिएं: शरीर के टॉक्सिंस को बाहर निकालने के लिए दिन में 3-4 लीटर पानी पिएं। आहार में बदलाव: ज्यादा तीखा, तला-भुना, और गर्म मसालेदार खाना बंद करें, क्योंकि यह शरीर में पित्त बढ़ाता है जिससे त्वचा की समस्याएं बढ़ती हैं।
