••Agar hum modern anatomy aur Ayurveda dono ko mila kar dekhein, toh is umar par sthiti kuch is prakar hoti hai: Height Badhne Ka Science aur Umar Ka Sambandh ••Epiphyseal Plates (Growth Plates): Humari lambai tab tak badhti hai jab tak humari haddiyon ke ends par maujood growth plates khuli hoti hain. Purushon (males) mein aamtaur par 18 se 21 saal ki umar tak ye plates puri tarah ‘fuse’ (band) ho jati hain. 21 ki Umar Mein Possibility: 21 saal ki age par in growth plates ke fuse hone ki sambhavna sabse zyada hoti hai. Agar ye plates poori tarah band ho chuki hain, toh natural tarike se bones ki length (aur isliye overall height) badhna practically possible nahi hota. ••Ayurveda Is Vishay Mein Kya Kehta Hai? Ayurveda mein height aur sharir ki vriddhi ko Dhatu Poshan (tissue nutrition) aur Asthi Dhatu (bone tissue) ke vikas se joda jata hai. 21 saal ki umar ko Yovana Avastha ka paripakva (mature) charan mana jata hai, jahan Kapha Dosha (jo growth ke liye zimmedar hai) thoda kam hone lagta hai aur sharir ka dhyan growth ki jagah maintenance par chala jata hai. ••Agar growth plates mein thoda bohot scope bacha ho, toh sharir ke posture ko theek karke aur Asthi Dhatu ko poshish karke 1-2 cm ka farq dikh sakta hai. Iske liye aap ye steps follow kar sakte hain: 1. Aahar aur Dhatu Poshan (Diet) ••Asthi-Poshak Aahar: Apne khane mein calcium, vitamin D, aur protein rich cheezein shamil karein. Doodh (Milk), Ghee, badam, aur til (sesame seeds) ka sevan karein. ••Rasayana Sevan: Ashwagandha aur Shatavari churna ko barabar matra mein mila kar, 1 chammach subah-shaam gungune doodh ke saath lein. Ashwagandha sharir mein growth hormone ko optimize karne aur haddiyon ko taqat dene mein madad karta hai. 2. Posture Correction aur Vyam (Exercise) Kayi baar galat tarike se baithne ya khade hone ke kaaran humari spinal column thodi dab jati hai, jisse height kam lagti hai. ••Yogasana: Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), aur Paschimottanasana ka niyamit abhyas karein. Ye spine ko stretch karte hain aur posture ko behtar banate hain. ••Stretching & Hanging: Rozana bar par latakna (hanging) aur core stretching exercises karein. Isse spine ke beech ka compression kam hota hai, jisse aapko 0.5 se 1 inch tak ka visual difference mil sakta hai. 3. Nidra (Sleep) Human Growth Hormone (HGH) sabse zyada gehri neend (deep sleep) ke dauran release hota hai. Isliye raat ko 10 baje tak so jayein aur 7-8 ghante ki achhi neend lein. ••Ek Mahatvapurna Ayurvedic Sallah (Caution) Dhyan Dein: Aajkal market aur internet par aisi kayi dawaian, powders ya capsules beche jaate hain jo dawa karte hain ki “21 se 25 saal ki umar mein 2-3 inch height badhayein”. Ek doctor ke naate main aapko unse bachne ki salah doonga. Inme se kayi products mein steroids hote hain jo aapke liver, kidneys aur hormonal balance ko nuksan pahuncha sakte hain.
