This time’s thought to boost mental clarity and unlock potential, kickstarting your day with meditative practices, yoga, or even just a quiet walk. These practices target reducing stress, and bring a little chill to your system, which is pretty essential today, right?

Now when it comes to digestion and all that, Ayurveda is all about good Agni, or digestive fire. Ritually oil pulling, like swishing oil in your mouth for detoxification and gum health, actually aids digestion indirectly by reducing oral bacteria.
