During a recent blood test, my doctor mentioned that my reticulocyte count was a bit lower than expected, which could indicate that my bone marrow isn’t producing enough red blood cells. I’ve been feeling unusually tired, pale, and sometimes short of breath, and I’m worried that this might be related to my low reticulocyte count.
