••Shilajit Kab Lena Chahie: Garmi mein ya Sardi mein? Ayurved ke anusar, Shilajit ki prashasti uski Ushna Virya (hot potency) yani garam taseer ke liye hai. Isiliye ritu (season) ke hisab se iska sevan samajhna zaroori hai: ••Sardi ka Mausam (Winter): Best Time Sardiyon mein Shilajit lena sabse zyada faydemand aur surakshit mana jata hai.
