Yes, generally Manasamitravatakam can be taken with BP Cinod 10 mg and thyroid medicine. Thyroid tablet: Early morning on an empty stomach. • Manasamitravatakam: 1 tablet at bedtime with warm milk. • Ashwagandha churna: 3 g at bedtime with warm milk for sleep. Monitor for dizziness, excessive drowsiness, or low BP. If these occur, consult your doctor.
