••Aapki dikkat ko dekh kar bilkul samajh aata hai ki aap pareshan hain. 40 din (40 days) ka samay ek aam chhale (Mukha Paka) ke liye bahut lamba hota hai. Aamtaur par sadharan chhale 7 se 14 din mein thik ho jaate hain. Agar koi chhala dawa lene ke baad bhi 40 din tak thik nahi ho raha hai, toh ise bilkul bhi najarandaz (ignore) nahi karna chahiye. ••Kavala aur Gandusha (Kulla karna) Yasthimadhu aur Triphala Kwath: 1 chammach Yasthimadhu (Mulethi) powder aur 1 chammach Triphala churna ko 2 glass paani mein ubalein jab tak paani aadha na reh jaaye. Is paani ko gunguna (lukewarm) karke din mein 3-4 baar kulla karein. Yeh healing ko fast karega aur pitta ka shaman karega. ••Irimedadi Taila: Is tel ki 4-5 boondein chhale par lagayein ya ise thodi der muh mein rok kar rakhein (Gandusha), phir thook dein. 2. Sthanika Chikitsa (Local Application) ••Khadiradi Vati: 1-1 goli din mein 3 se 4 baar muh mein rakh kar choosein. Khadir (Acacia cathecu) muh ke rogo ke liye sabse behtareen Ayurvedic dravya hai. ••Honey + Jatyadi Ghrita: Chhale par thoda sa Jatyadi Ghrita ya shuddh shahad (honey) lagayein. Yeh dahan (jalan) ko shaant karega. 3. Abhyantara Chikitsa (Oral Intake) Chhale hone ka sabse bada kaaran pet ki garmi (Annavaha Srotas dusti) aur Pitta dosha ka badhna hota hai. ••Kamadhudha Rasa (Plain): 1-1 goli (250 mg) subah-shaam khane ke baad paani se lein. Yeh pitta aur dahan ko kam karega. ••Avipattikar Churna: 1 chammach raat ko sote samay gungune paani se lein, taaki pet saaf rahe aur pitta ka virechan (elimination) ho sake. Parhez (Diet & Lifestyle Restrictions) ••Bilkul band karein: Tikha, masaaledar (spicy), namkeen, aur khatta khana. Aam chhale (jinhe Ayurveda mein Mukhapaka kehte hain) pet ki garmi (Pitta) badhne se hote hain aur dawaiyon ya parhez se 7 se 14 din mein poori tarah theek ho jate hain. Agar koi chala 40 din se bana hua hai aur dawaiyon ka us par koi asar nahi ho raha hai, toh yeh aam chala nahi hai. Medical science mein, 3 hafte se zyada na bharne wala chala kisi gambhir bimari (jaise autoimmune condition, deep infection, ya oral pre-cancerous lesion) ka sanket ho sakta hai. Aapko ab gharelu nuskho ya aam dawaiyon mein apna waqt bilkul kharab nahi karna chahiye. Immediate Action Plan 1. Turant Biopsy Karwayein (Most Important) Action: Aapko bina ek bhi din ki deri kiye kisi acche ENT specialist (Kaan, Naak, Gala doctor) ya Dental Surgeon ke paas jana chahiye. Reason: Unhe is chale ki janch karne dein aur zaroorat padne par iski ‘Biopsy’ (chale ke ek chhote se tukde ki lab test) karwayein. Yeh janna sabse zyada zaroori hai ki wahan ke cells andar se heal kyun nahi ho rahe hain. 2. Triggers Ko Turant Band Karein Agar aap kisi bhi tarah ka tambaku, gutkha, bidi, cigarette, pan masala ya supari khate hain, toh use aaj aur abhi se poori tarah band kar dein. Bohot zyada garm, teekha ya laal mirch wala khana bilkul na khayein, yeh chale ko aur nuksan pahunchayega. 3. Temporary Soothing (Sirf rahat ke liye) Doctor ko dikhane tak, aap jalan kam karne ke liye din mein do baar ek chammach shuddh Nariyal ka tel (Coconut oil) ya Irimedadi Taila muh mein bharkar 3-4 minute tak ghuma kar thook sakte hain (Oil pulling).
