Every spring, I go through the same nightmare—nonstop sneezing, itchy eyes, and a nose that just won’t stop running. I’ve been on antihistamine tablets for years, but they only give temporary relief. Once they wear off, my allergies hit me all over again. I started wondering… do antihistamine tablets actually fix the root cause of allergies, or do they just cover up the symptoms?
