I have been struggling with severe pelvic pain and irregular periods for over a year now. I keep wondering—how safe is laparoscopy really? Does it leave scars or have long-term side effects? I’ve heard that in some cases, doctors find nothing major and yet patients still experience pain after the surgery. What if that happens to me? Another thing I’m concerned about is whether this is truly necessary. I’ve been reading about Ayurveda and how it focuses on treating conditions like endometriosis naturally rather than through surgical intervention. Is it possible to shrink cysts or manage endometriosis symptoms through diet, herbal remedies, and lifestyle changes instead of going through laparoscopy?
