For the past few months, I’ve been feeling colder than usual, even when everyone around me is fine. My hands and feet are always freezing, and sometimes I even shiver indoors when the temperature isn’t that low. I thought maybe I was just being sensitive to the weather, but then I started checking my temperature regularly, and it’s almost always around 96.8°F or sometimes even 96.5°F. I looked online, and most places say that the normal body temperature in Fahrenheit is 98.6°F, but then I read that it can vary. Now I’m really confused if my temperature is actually low or if I’m just overthinking. I did some blood tests to check for thyroid issues, but my TSH levels were in the normal range.
