In Ayurveda, breast size and firmness are influenced by hormonal balance, body constitution (Prakriti), and nourishment of Rasa Dhatu ,there are natural Ayurvedic methods that can help with enhancement and firmness.

1.	Shatavari Churna 
Take 1/2 tsp powder with warm milk twice daily.
Vidarikand Churna 
Take 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime.
3.	Ashwagandha Caps
Take 1 capsule twice daily with milk.
Kumkumadi Tailam 
•	Gently massaging with warm Kumkumadi Tailam  (10 minutes daily in a circular motion)
2.	Fenugreek (Methi) & Olive Oil Paste
•	Soak 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds overnight, grind into a paste, mix with olive oil, and apply for 15 minutes daily before washing off.

Include Almonds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and soy products. Drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric & saffron Add ghee & healthy fats Hydration & fruit intake – Papaya, figs, and pomegranates are beneficial. Yogas like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) ,Ustrasana (Camel Pose) Dwikonasana (Double Angle Pose) Regular chest exercises (Push-ups, Dumbbell Presses)
