First off, try sipping on warm ginger water throughout the day. Just grate a small piece of ginger into hot water, let it steep for a bit. It can really help to ignite that digestive fire. Also, don’t eat raw foods right now - they can be tough on a sensitive stomach. Stick to warm, cooked meals which are easier to digest.

A good thing to help with this is Triphala. It’s a classic Ayurvedic remedy. Taking half a teaspoon with warm water before bed might do wonders for your bowels, plus it balances Vata dosha, which could be out of whack here.

Also, look at when you’re eating. Try having your largest meal at lunchtime around noon when your digestion is strongest. Skipping meals or eating at odd times can confuse your body. Regularity is key.
