I am really struggling right now and my life feels really out of balance. For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with nonstop fatigue and stress that just doesn't seem to let up, no matter how much i try to rest or relax. Recently, I've heard about shadbindu tail and I'm curious if it could help me somehow. I’ve read that shadbindu tail is good for rejuvenation and can help with that nervousness and tiredness when used in the right way, but I don’t know where to even start with it. So, to give you a bit of context, I'm a full-time worker and the demands of my job have been crazy lately. I come home feeling totally drained and it’s like all the energy just drains outta me. It’s even affecting my sleep, which is ironic since I’m like exhausted all the time, but somehow I end up tossing and turning at night. It's frustrating! My friend suggested shadbindu tail for that extra boost of energy and perhaps some relaxation. I even looked up some info online but it’s all so confusing. There are so many different opinions! I once tried some herbal supplements a while back, but they didn’t really do much for me. I’m hoping shadbindu tail could be different, but I have no idea how to use it properly. Like, do I just apply it on my head? How often should I use it? Do I need to do anything special in conjunction with it for it to work effectively?
