I am a bit concerned about my health since I've been feeling more fatigued lately, especially after turning 60. A friend mentioned the Geriforte tablet, saying it's great for boosting energy and improving overall wellness. But, I’m not sure if it's really what I need or just another supplement hype. I mean, what's the deal with Geriforte tablet? I've read that it's used in Ayurvedic medicine for rejuvenation and vitality, but does it actually work? I did some tests, and everything came back normal, but I feel like I just don’t bounce back like I used too. Like, walking up the stairs leaves me breathing heavly, and I just want my energy back! Any insights on how the Geriforte tablet could help? Should I be taking it daily or do I need to consult someone first? Also, how does it work along with diet and other practices? Any experiences with Geriforte tablets will help me decide!
