I am really confused and seeking some advice about this rasayan churna stuff. So, I’ve been feeling pretty low energy lately, like, everyday just drags on, ya know? I read somewhere that rasayan churna benefits include boosting vitality and enhancing immunity, which really caught my attention. A friend of mine mentioned how it helped her with fatigue and even lifted her mood a bit. I even got blood tests done because my energy levels are just so off, and the doc said everything’s normal, but I can't shake this tiredness! I've tried a couple of other remedies but nothing seems to really do much for me. Do you think the rasayan churna benefits could actually work for someone like me? Also, I’m kinda worried about dosage – like how much should I take and when? And one more thing, does it have any side effects or interactions with other herbs I might be using?
