I am really confused about something and hoping someone can help! I've been reading a ton about ashwagandha and its benefits because I’ve been feeling super stressed lately, and my energy levels just don’t feel like they used to. I heard that ashwagandha might help, but there’s just sooo many options out there. I mean, which ashwagandha is best for someone like me?? I tried one brand already, but didn't really feel much difference, and I'm starting to think maybe I got the wrong one. I always see people talking about different forms, like powders, capsules, and even extracts... it’s like a never-ending maze 😩. Is there something specific I should look for when choosing which ashwagandha is best? Does it matter if it’s organic or the poten...potency? Ugh, I just want to feel more balanced, you know? Any thoughts or recommendations would really help!
