I am really confused about this whole thing with brahma rasayana. I’ve been doing some reading lately because my friend said it helped her with stress and fatigue. Honestly, I've been feeling so drained and out of whack lately, like I can’t keep my energy up. I thought maybe trying brahma rasayana could help me too, but there are like a million kinds out there. Which brahma rasayana is best? I saw one at this local shop, but then I found another one online that said it has better ingredients or something. How do I even know which one is really effective? Like I mentioned, my sleep has also been pretty off, and I think that adds to my tiredness. I’m just worried I’ll waste my time or money on a product that doesn’t work. Also, do I need to take it with something else? Or is it a stand-alone remedy? I just wanna feel normal again, you know? Any advice or personal experiences would be super helpful. Thanks!
