I am really struggling with some symptoms that I think might be linked to my kapha dosha. For the past few months, I've felt super sluggish, like I have no energy at all. I’ve been gaining weight even though I haven't changed my eating habits much, and honestly, I get congested quite easily. It feels like my body is just too heavy sometimes. I read about kapha dosha and it makes sense, right? My mom always said I tend to be more calm and sleepy, which might be kapha too?! I tried doing some yoga, which helps a little, but I just don't know what else to do. Can someone please share how to balance kapha dosha? I mean, I'm open to anything from herbs to diet changes! Like, do I need to cut out foods completely or just adjust things? I'm feeling desperate here; I want to feel energized again! Any ideas or personal experiences would be amazing, thanks!!!
