I am struggling with these awful dark circles under my eyes, and it’s really starting to get to me. Like, I've tried so many things! I mean, I've even cut back on caffeine, which has been tough. 😩 I've had this problem for months now, probably since I started working late nights at my job. Plus, I guess there's some hereditary stuff too, my dad has them as well. Anyway, I've noticed they look worse after a long day, and I feel like nothing works! I went to a dermatologist, and they told me to use some cream, but it didn’t really help much. I’ve read stuff about how to treat dark circles with natural remedies, like using tea bags or almond oil, but nothing seems to do the trick. Is there any Ayurvedic approach that could actually work? Like, what herbs or kitchen items can help with how to treat dark circles? I keep thinking maybe it’s also about my stress levels and sleeping habits, but honestly, with work and everything, sleep is kinda elusive for me—even on days off I can’t seem to get enough rest! Do you think diet has a role in how to treat dark circles too? I feel a bit lost here and really need some practical advice. Thanks!
