I am really concerned about my liver health. Lately, I’ve been feeling kinda off, like, I get these random pains in my upper right abdomen, and my energy levels are just so low, ya know? I've been trying to eat better, but sometimes I can't help myself and go for those greasy foods. I was reading about how to check liver health at home and started thinking maybe I should do something about it. I saw some stuff online about tests or signs I can look for at home. Like, should I be looking for skin changes or maybe changes in my stool color? I mean, I did notice that my pee's been a bit darker than usual lately (sorry if that’s TMI). Is there a way to monitor myself without heading to a clinic every time I feel bad? Honestly, I feel like I need a list of things to actually do or check. Is there a practical way to gauge how to check liver health at home without overthinking it? I am kinda lost here and really would appreciate any guidance! What should I exactly watch for or do?
