I have always been on the heavier side from childhood but now at 68yrs I suffer from many problems. 1) Diabetes more than 15yrs 2) Weight gain. (Now I am 100kg) no amount of dieting helps. 3) liver diagnosed as cirrhotic 3) bloating and gastro problems. Can anyone help?
