I am feeling kinda lost lately with my health. A few months ago, I started noticing I’m often tired and just sluggish, like all the time. I thought maybe I just needed more sleep, but that didn’t really fix anything. Plus, I’ve been getting these weird cravings for sugary snacks and junk food, you know? My friends keep sayin’ I should eat better and “why should we have a balanced diet,” but honestly, I just don’t get it. I used to think a good meal was just eating whatever filled me up, right? But now, I got this sneaking feeling there's a lot more to it — like my energy levels totally plummeting at work, ugh. I did a little research and I see all these fancy words about nutrients and vitamins but like, what really matters? I heard that a balanced diet can help with moods too? Should I be worried about my cravings? And if I wanna change, what’s the first step? I could really use some advice on “why should we have a balanced diet” from an Ayurvedic perspective.
