I am really confused about how to take shilajit resin. I just started using it, but I'm not sure I’m doing it right. Like, I read online that you’re supposed to mix it with warm water or something, but sometimes it just doesn’t dissolve properly. I’ve been spooning out little chunks, sometimes thinkin' I'm taking too much, you know? My friend swears by it for energy, but it seems to have made my stomach act up a bit. Not sure if that’s normal or if I’m just not using how to take shilajit resin correctly. Also, the taste is super weird. Ugh! I feel like I’m literally eating the earth. I try to mask it with honey or something, but does that mess it up?? One time I mixed it with warm milk like I read, but I couldn’t tell if that was actually better or just made me queasy. Should I be using more or less? I only took it for a few days, but I feel like I need it in my routine since I'm always tired. Like does anyone have a clear guide or tips on how to take shilajit resin? Any suggestions would be super helpful! Thanks!
