I am really curious about this whole copper water bottle thing. I’ve been reading and hearing about how it can be beneficial, but I'm not sure. A week ago, I got a copper water bottle after my friend raved about it. She said it helped her with digestive issues and energy levels. I thought, why not give it a try? So, I started drinking from this copper water bottle daily. But honestly, I'm a bit worried. A few days in, I noticed my stomach felt kind of funny, like there was a weird heaviness. And I keep wondering, is copper water bottle good for health or am I just overthinking? Like, I really want to believe in the benefits! But what if I'm actually causing my body more harm? I’ve read mixed reviews online. Some people say it’s like a detox, while others warn about copper toxicity. I don’t want to end up with metal poisoning or something dramatic like that! Can drinking from a copper water bottle really balance my doshas or whatever? Any advice would be amazing because I’m kinda lost here, and I don't want to ditch it if its actually healthy.
