Mujhe bhook lagte hi headache hota hai, within 10-30second. Phir yeh dard 2-6hr tak rehta. Phir chahe khanna bhi kha lo. Koi fark nahi padta. Chest back and shoulder par garmi mehsoos hoti hai. Phir mujhe thande pani se nahne mei temporary relief milta. Bad mei sir par thande pani ki pati rakhni padti hai. Mene kunjal bhi kiya aur shankpraklashan bhi. Inse bhaut jayda fark pada almost 95%. But kai bar phir bhi ho jata. Meri taseer pitt hai. Jo ki almost sam hai ab. Bahut koshish ki but yeh sir dard jad se jatta hi nahi. 14 saal se yeh dard hai. Abhi kafi ralif hai. Karan samjao ki kya karo.

Aapke sar dard aur garmi ke lakshan pitt dosha ke imbalance se jude ho sakte hain, jo ki aapne pehle bhi observe kiya hai. Pitt dosha ka vitiation garam aur tikshna gun se hota hai, jo espially aapki symptoms explain karta hai. Headache hone ke karan stanik pitt vruddhi aur bhook kshaya ki wajah se ho sakte hain, jisse vatalyamaan pitt dosha badh jata hai. Aap jo temporary relief thande pani se mehsoos karte hain, woh pitt ko shant karne ki kshamata ko darshata hai.

Samadhano ki baat ki jaye toh, pehli baat ye hai ki aapke khana aur din charya ko thoda samay aur santulit karke manage karna zaruri hai. Garami aur masaledar khane se bache, aur haalke, pitt-shamak khane ko include kare jaise ki dhana (coriander), saunf (fennel) aur jeera (cumin) ko khane me istemal kare. Mithi aur shital cheezon ka bhi prayog kare jaise kesar, sabja bij aur gulab petal ka sharbat.

Aapka pitta dhatu ko sthirata or thandas ka prayog karna zaroori hai, dincahryak se pove vitamin learn zaroori hai.
