I am dealing with this annoying problem and honestly, it’s driving me a lil crazy. Last summer, I noticed that my body temperature just seems to go through the roof, like I’m always hotter than everyone else! I mean, my friends can be chilling in the shade, but I'm sweating buckets and feeling like I'm melting. 🙄 I tried drinking more water, but it doesn’t really seem to help. I also read about how to cool body temperature naturally, but there’s just so much info out there, and it’s overwhelming. The other day, I had this energy test done, and the doc said my pitta is way out of balance. They recommended some dietary changes and herbs, but I still feel lost. Like, what exactly should I eat or avoid? And how to cool body temperature quickly in the moment?
