I am really struggling with some ongoing fatigue and low energy, and I decided to give shilajit a try based on some great reviews I read. It’s been about five days since I started taking it daily, but I’m starting to feel a bit frustrated. I thought I’d see some improvement by now! I can’t help but wonder, in how many days shilajit works for most people? Like, is it normal to feel nothing at this point, or am I just not using it right? I read somewhere that it helps with stamina and revitalizing energy levels, but it feels a bit unclear. I had hoped for some immediate benefits since I’ve been feeling so low for a while. I just wanna know when I can expect the effects to kick in. Also, should I be doing anything differently, like adjusting the dosage or pairing it with something else? Any personal experiences shared would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
