Asthiposhak works mainly by improving calcium absorption, strengthening bond tissue and slowing bone loss. It is safe to use, but it works best when combined with medicines that support hormone and bone metabolism.

Cortisol imbalances indicate heightened Vata and Pitta doshas. Reducing stress through yoga and meditation can be helpful, as stress exacerbates cortisol fluctuations. Incorporate practices like pranayama or deep-breathing exercises daily.
