Bcoz of acnes,pores in cheek ,,also wrinkles on forehead and uneven skin tone,my age being 48 I hv dark neck from my childhood,but I'm not diabetic,now I regularly do exercises,drink amla beet juice,water etc,lost weight ,I was overweight during my child hood,I lost my thick hair in my teen,which never came back, My concern is for open pore skin,uneven skin tone,wrinkles ,dark neck and thin hair

Massage your scalp with these oils at least twice a week. A nutrient-rich diet including healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and biotin-rich foods, like nuts and green leafy vegetables, can add further support.

Because you’re experiencing a mix of skin and hair issues, maintaining a balanced pitta dosha can be beneficial. Prioritize cooling foods, avoid spicy and fried foods, and ensure your internal balance through stress management and regular exercise, which you’re already doing. Stay consistent with these remedies, and remember any significant alteration to a longstanding condition persuasively and safely takes time.
