How to get glowing skin what cream and supplement to have it and how long it will take to show results I need anti ageing ayurvedic routine and my hair also is forever very dry like rug rough,pls suggest product that will give shine, dry brittle. Also body skin is dry

Achieving glowing skin and managing dry, brittle hair through Ayurveda involves a comprehensive approach that focuses on balancing your dosha, nourishing your body, and utilizing natural products. To start with glowing skin, considering your concern about dryness and anti-ageing, it seems like Vata imbalance might be a contributing factor.

For your skincare, it’s crucial to keep your skin hydrated and nourished. Try an Ayurvedic facial oil with ingredients like sesame oil or almond oil, infused with herbs such as saffron or sandalwood. These are known for their rejuvenating and hydrating properties. Apply gently on your face at night. As for a cream, a saffron or turmeric-based moisturizer can be beneficial.

In terms of dietary supplements, consider taking Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic formulation consisting of three fruits that support detoxification and improve digestion, indirectly enhancing skin health. Combine this with a daily intake of amla (Indian gooseberry), a potent source of Vitamin C that boosts collagen production.
