I am 40 yrs old at my 13 th age my underarms start darker.still now.no medicine can't correct it .lot of home remedies no use.no health issues still now .I am breast feeding mom.i want medicine for darkness and skin whitening dr.please suggest

Avoid excessively spicy, oily, and sour foods, as these can aggravate Pitta dosha, leading to further pigmentation. Instead, focus on foods that help pacify Pitta and Kapha, such as bitter gourd and cucumber.

It is beneficial to maintain good hydration; drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day is essential for detoxification and maintaining skin’s natural glow. Introduce herbal teas like green tea or chamomile, which aid in liver detoxification — an essential aspect of managing pigmentation issues.

Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic formulation, can be taken to aid digestion and detoxification. Many use it as it helps in balancing all three doshas and promotes healthy skin. Take Triphala churna, a teaspoon with warm water, at bedtime, but consult a physician before doing so, considering you’re breastfeeding.
