Hello, I am a 19 year old girl. My skin type ranges from combination to oily. I also have blackheads and white heads and open pores. Near my eyebrows, and on my upper cheeks, i have some very small black bumps , don't know what they are called, but i think they are from previous pimples maybe? My face is slightly darker than my neck and hands, and my overall complexion kinda gets darker than usual in winter. I use a lemon based oil control facewash (ingredients: EDTA, glycerine, salycilic acid, ammonium lorath sulfate, carbomer, cocamido propyl butane, cocodiethanol amide, sodium hydroxide, eprict shell powder, lemon peel extract, PGE 40 hydrogenated, castor oil, DMDM hydantoine, scented oil). My moisturizer is a one for combination and oily skin, that is also citrus based. i skip sunscreen most of the time, but when i do use, i use the missha cotton sunscreen spf 50. I think my lips are also getting kinda dark, i want them pink naturally. Please suggest some good products and a good skincare routine according to my skin type and also advice me on what exactly i should do in order to get rid of all the mentioned problems( like switching products, improving routine, or food habits etc.). Also, i know sunscreen is important. Now do i have to use sunscreen even when im indoors, and should i use sunscreen with different spfs in and out? Will using sunscreen with high spf harm my skin? If switching products is recommended, then please provide suggestions with brand names . (i cover my face with a scarf when i go out to protect from sun). Also do rays from digital screen harm the skin? like do they have uv rays, and do i need to wear sunscreen even at night if im working in front of screens? . Thank you.
