Since last year I am getting the symptoms of Peri menopause which means I am getting specially muscle fatig and muscle loss apart from that my nervous system same like its crashing at times and I feel quite exhausted but I am also under deep stress because of a lot of personal situation. I do want some kind of way of helping myself without using hrt is there anything that you recommend and I am also overweight thank you
