Hello I​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ see you are worried about your height and being underweight. A lot of young women share a similar concern, and Ayurveda has methods that are quite safe and effective to bring about increase in strength, better digestion and overall body development.

Usually, at 25 years, the natural bone growth plates (epiphyseal plates) are already closed, therefore, it is not medically possible to increase height by 2–3 inches — not by Ayurveda or any other system.

On the other hand, Ayurveda has the power to change one’s posture, make the bones stronger, increase the muscle mass, and give one more self-confidence. Sometimes people may even assume that the person has grown taller.

You being underweight may imply that: –Your Agni (digestive fire) is low –Vata is dominating –You have poor nutrient absorption (Dhatu Kshaya) –Low levels of muscle and fat tissue (Mamsa & Meda Dhatu alpata)

The following medicines may lead to an improvement in one’s stance and thus to a certain extent spinal strength, although real height will not be changed:

1.Hadjod (Cissus quadrangularis) Tablet once daily By helping the bones to become denser and also by reduction of Vata, it is one of the best anti-arthritic drugs.

Hi - By 25, the body’s natural growth plates (epiphyses) are usually fused, so height increase of 2–3 inches through medicines alone is not possible. Ayurveda, yoga, or supplements cannot reopen growth plates.
