Aapke saath jo symptoms hain, unmein acidity, gas, pet phoolna, aur saans lene mein dikhkat nazar aa rahi hai. Yeh sab Pitta aur Vata dosha ke prakop ka sanket ho sakte hain. Inn doshon ko santulit karne ke liye kuch Ayurvedic upaaye hain jo aapko labh pahuncha sakte hain.

Triphala churana ka upayog karna accha hoga. Raat ko sone se pehle 1 chamach gungune paani ke sath lein. Kam se kam pani pitiye aur din bhar mein thoda-thoda pani peena suru kar dein taki apka digestion thik se ho sake.

Yogasanas aur prayanam (shwasan kriya) se bhi fayda hota hai. kapalbhati aur Anulom Vilom ka rozana abhyas kariye, ye aapke saans ki dikkat aur anxiety ko kam karne mein madad kar sakte hain.

Ashwagandha churn ya sankhpushpi churn swasth dekhan me madad karsa kte hain, shanti bhi pradan karte hain. Inhe gunguna doodh ke sath le sakte hain.
