Hello... I am from Pakistan...I have recently diagnosed with melasma.. I have brown spots on my face... How to mange this problem u plz tell me

Externally, Eladi tailam - Massage all over face and wash off after 30 minutes daily. Eladi cream can be used as a daily moisturizer Kumkumadi tailam 2 drops as night serum.

Eladi choornam - mix with water and apply for 10 minutes weekly twice

Include leafy greens, cucumbers, and foods rich in natural antioxidants like berries. Avoid spicy, oily, or fermented foods which can aggaravate Pitta and hence worsen the melasma.

Applying natural, cooling, and soothing pastes can be beneficial. You can create a face mask using sandalwood powder mixed with rosé water. Apply it to the affected areas once or twice a week. The anti-inflammatory properties of sandalwood can soothe the skin and gradually help to lighten pigment spots.

Turmeric is a potent Ayurvedic remedy for skin disorders. Mix a small pinch of turmeric with honey and a bit of milk for a face mask. Use this two to three times a week to benefit from its brightening effects.

Internally, consider taking specific Ayurvedic herbs like Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) which purifies the blood and supports skin health. Always consult with a qualified practitioner or health professional before starting any supplements.

Managing stress through meditation, yoga, or deep-breathing can also stabilize Pitta, contributing to overall skin health. Prioritize consistent sleep and hydration — both contribute significantly to skin clarity and resilience.

These steps, although holistic, are not instant remedies. Consistency and patience are essential as Ayurveda works on the root causes and seeks lasting balance rather than quick fixes.
