Feeling Tired and Tightness in Body - #47153

Recently i am feeling very tired whole day eventhough i am taking enough sleep for around 6-7 hours. Additionally my body feels tight & i can feel something pulling my body back when i stretch my hands or legs or my body(i mean something means i am feeling like nerves are very tight i can feel that). Often if i fold my hands into my hip for some times i feel numbness in my hand like the similar for legs & other parts. I don't why i am facing this. Can someone tell me a food or ayurvedic medicine suggestion to get rid from this?
