Seeking Natural Remedies for Hyperpigmentation - #47309

My skin has blackened above cheek bones, whole eyes and forehead has darken. As if I am wearing mask which covers my forehead, temple area and above area of cheek bones which goes to touch my ears . I don't want to use glycolic acid, retinol or any other chemicals. Pls suggest external and internal remedies to remove this hyper pigmentation/melasma. I am 46 year old female. Not on any medication.

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Tab.Manjistha 2-0-2 Tab Neem 2-0-2 Bleminor cream for local application. Follow up after 4weeks.
