Excessive Sweating from Hands and Feet - #47629

I have perspiration issue since my birth. It comes from my palm, feet and underarm. But more from palm and feet. In hand it flow like drop of water(very excess) causing problem in writing, handshaking etc. If I feel mental pressure or more heat(either from sun or different heat source) perspiration starts from hand and feet very excessive. My age is 27 years and this problem is also with my younger sister.
