Ahara (Diet): Warm, cooked foods; avoid cold/raw food. Include ghee, milk, almonds, walnuts. Fruits: Papaya, pomegranate, citrus (for glow). Drink warm water/herbal teas. 3. Herbs: Chyawanprash daily (1 tsp for glow). Turmeric + milk for skin brightening (1–2 times/week). Aloe vera gel on face for pigmentation. Triphala powder at night (for detox, optional). 4. Lifestyle: Mild yoga/Pranayama for circulation. Avoid stress and overexertion. Expected Result: Gradual skin glow, reduced dullness, pigmentation in 6–8 weeks.
