I want glowing and brighter skin with home remedies and home naturally. Please suggest me some natural thing which make my complexion more brighter. I am tired of my Dell complexion and my dark spot pigmentation and tanning. After applying serum and sunscreen but it give no result

Skin brightening takes time (6–8 weeks). Natural methods work slowly but safely. For Glow (Internal) Manjistha powder 1 tsp once daily with warm water Amla powder 1 tsp daily (morning) Drink 2–3 litres water daily. For Dark Spots & Pigmentation (External) Night Apply pure aloe vera gel daily 3 times per week Mix turmeric + honey + little rose water Apply 10–15 min, then wash For Tanning Apply curd + besan pack (2 times weekly) Do not rub hard Continue sunscreen daily Avoid too much sun exposure Sleep 7–8 hours Avoid junk, sugar, fried food

-You have pigmentation for more than 6 months, so it will take time to improve. Natural remedies can help slowly, but consistency is important. -You can suggest: Apply raw potato juice on dark spots 4–5 times weekly. Use fresh aloe vera gel at night daily. Use turmeric with milk mask twice a week. Apply rice water as toner daily. -Very important: Use enough sunscreen (2 finger rule) and reapply every 2–3 hours if in sunlight. Avoid lemon, harsh scrubs, or home hacks as they can worsen pigmentation. -results may take 6–8 weeks or more.

I have tan and dark skin since a long time so I want 3 to 4 shade lighter shade can this remedies help me to achieve that skin. Can you also suggest some food under budget for brighter skin

Natural remedies cannot change your natural skin color 3–4 shades. It will Remove tanning,Reduce pigmentation and Improve glow also Make skin look fresh and even -But they cannot permanently lighten your original complexion. -If your dark tone is genetic, that is your natural skin color. you can improve is brightness and even tone, not change your base color. -If tanning is the main issue, then yes — with proper sun protection and care, you can return to your original tone in 6–12 weeks.

Amla – very high in Vitamin C Orange / Mosambi – improves glow Carrot – improves skin tone Spinach (Palak) – reduces dullness Cucumber – hydrates skin Soaked almonds (4–5 daily) – Vitamin E Plenty of water (2–3 litres daily) These help improve glow and even tone, but not change natural skin color.
