You can try - chitrakadi vati 2-0-2 before meal Lasunadi vati 2-0-2 before meal Ampachan vati 2-2-2 After meal for chewing If you have constipation then correct it with erand bhrisht haritaki 2 tablets at bed time Do pavanmuktasan before meal and vajrasan after meal 30 minutes walk before meal Do not take nap at daytime and after meal Avoid intermittent food and heavy food at night
